UFO???

Not quite sure what it is, but it an unidentified flying object behind my apartment I saw it about 5 days ago for the first time, it stays in the air for like 5-10 minutes then slowly fades out. It doesn't move, there are no blinking lights on it and it is a orange color which you cant see from the picture. A plane looks minute flying near it. Today was my third day seeing it, my friend happened to be here to see it to and we are very baffled to say the least. I have no idea what it is but I really want to. I have single out airplane, helicopter, definitely not a star (too big). I could be something they are doing in the Army training areas, but my husband said if I were to see anything they do that it wouldn't stay in the air for that long. Anyways here's a pic, not so good one, you cant tell it's orange or really see how big it is. But put it this way, I took a pic of a plane right after it and you cant see the plane at all or a star, but this thing definitely shows up.
